Full Job Description Overview:

Vault Security is the new industry standard for Loss Prevention and Security services. We are looking for reliable, motivated and professional individuals that are looking for a rewarding career in the security industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client's premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in and possess a strong background in conflict management and loss prevention.

Responsibilities:

Patrol the premises on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect potential security breaches. Conduct regular rounds and respond to any alerts or incidents. Provide first aid and CPR as needed. Maintain a high level of situational awareness to identify potential threats. Utilize surveillance systems to monitor areas of concern. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize the risk of theft or damage. Manage conflicts between employees, customers, or visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of incidents, incidents, and any other relevant information. Collaborate with management and other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

Valid Arizona Security Guard License Pass a background check High School Diploma or GED Must be able to stand/walk on various surfaces for an extended period of time Experience in conflict management. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques. Basic computer skills and effective report writing skills Certification in First Aid and CPR. Ability to understand surveillance protocols. Strong understanding of security best practices and laws. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
