Responsibilities for the Loss Prevention Agent include but are not limited to: Identifying and investigating external theft, includinganized retail crime activity Conducting surveillance and utilizing CCTV systems to detect suspicious behavior and support case development Apprehension of subjects in accordance withpany policy and legal requirements Collaborating with store leadership and law enforcement to resolve incidents and build prosecutable cases Writing clear, detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate case documentation Supporting shrink reduction strategies through observations, audits, and proactive engagement on the sales floor Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a
Loss Prevention Agent:
Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience (LP Retail) External theft and investigative skills CCTV surveillance skills Apprehension policy knowledge Strong report writing & documentation Law enforcement & store partnership experience Basicputer and system navigation skills Detail-oriented andpliant; able to work independently in a remote environment Dedication,mitment, and willingness to go above and beyond Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities Excellentanizational skills, detail-oriented Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects What's in this for you? Pay Details:
