The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Director to lead company-wide asset protection and shrink reduction efforts. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is strategic, analytical, and experienced in retail operations and investigations. What You'll Do Lead company loss prevention strategies and initiatives. Investigate internal and external theft incidents. Monitor shrink trends and recommend corrective actions. Conduct store audits and operational reviews. Develop and implement safety and security procedures. Train store leadership on loss prevention practices. What You Bring 3+ years of loss prevention or asset protection leadership experience. Retail grocery experience preferred. Strong investigative and interviewing skills. Knowledge of safety and security procedures. Ability to manage confidential information professionally. Strong leadership and communication skills. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required. CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer) or LPC/LPQ certification a plus.
