Loss Prevention Agent

Giorgio's Beauty Supply Warehouse is one of the largest retail beauty products and Hair extension suppliers in the United States. We are fast growing, fast paced, and dynamic. We are currently seeking loss prevention agents to oversee our new store in Brandon, Florida. The main objective of the position is to assume full responsibility for overseeing and monitoring all Giorgio's employees, assets, and Brands. What You'll Do Partner with store management team to develop and implement an Asset Protection strategy to mitigate risk and loss within our Giorgio's Beauty Supply Warehouse Assist with investigations and utilize all available resources to identify and resolve crime activity in assigned departments Assist with the implementation and continued execution of the reduction in shrinkage Work with store personnel to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend solutions Determine the assignment of appropriate Asset Protection resources (i.e.: agents, technology, etc.) to address shortage reduction opportunities Courteous and responsive to internal/external requests Exchange and verifies job related information to provide support The Ideal candidate will: Monitor employee activities Have retail experience Computer experience Surveillance experience Investigative skills Organizational skills Be detailed
