Must be able stand for long periods of time and physically open doors for residents. Must be able to work without supervision. Familiarity with Building Link a plus. Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to oversee activity within the premises and identify potential security threats Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes Enforce security policies by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees before granting access Perform loss prevention activities by identifying suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or damage Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and review Requirements Previous experience as Door Staff in condominium setting Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operation and monitoring techniques Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security best practices Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is our top priority.
