Loss Prevention Lead (Tampa, FL)

What You'll Do:

Work a traditional 8-hour shift with a 30min break schedule from Mon-Wed 3p-11p & Sat-Sun 9a-5p (flex nights and weekends with overtime pay) Supervise a staff of 2-3 employees This position requires majority of shift working outdoors This position requires mechanical repairs of pay machines Assist in determining parking rates, set prices credit terms, based on forecasts of public and local event demand to maximize revenue. Identify all existing and potential operational deficiencies and make appropriate recommendations to Senior Leadership and clients. Inspect and recommend improvements to streamline operations and maximize financial performance. Plan and direct special event activities, coordinating with all staff, other managers and directors as required. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of company time and attendance policies and payroll processes. Conduct daily shift briefings, weekly manager/supervisory and staff meetings to ensure a consistent and effective flow of information. Ensure that parking areas/structures are clean, in good appearance, and maintained for the safe, efficient movement of all vehicles and pedestrians. Enhances the company and client's brand by providing high levels of professionalism and experience supporting the current and future customer base.

Requirements:

MUST be ability to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Must have a clean background (background check will be required) Must live in the Tampa area Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and General Microsoft Office Application Experience with parking access and revenue control and POS systems preferred Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized

License Requirement:

Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record Strong attention to detail Basic mathematical and reasoning skills and aptitude Strong sense of vehicle and personal safety standards Must be able to work outdoors during all seasons and stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in very fast paced environment Must have a reliable mode of transportation (driving to parking lots) Management or a related field experience required
