We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Asset Protection Manager r esponsible for protecting the company's retail store assets by investigating the loss of assets, including merchandise, money, and property. This role oversees and conducts both internal and external investigations and assists in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures related to safety and security. The individual in this role will also support shrink initiatives and lead and direct the activities of Asset Protection Specialists and Asset Protection Associates within their districts.

What we ask of you:

Responsible for protecting the company's retail store assets by investigating the loss of merchandise, money, and property Oversee and conduct internal and external investigations, ensuring the implementation of company policies related to safety and security Support shrink initiatives and lead the activities of Asset Protection Specialists and Associates within assigned regional districts Ensure compliance with store detective roles and responsibilities as part of company shrink initiatives Conduct surveillance to detect and apprehend suspected shoplifters, Organized Retail Crime, and other criminal perpetrators Maintain industry-standard interviewing and interrogation skills; gather evidence and document investigations Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, raising awareness about Organized Retail Crime Represent the company in court as required, ensuring the protection of brand integrity Conduct daily store tours to identify and address operational deficiencies, including markdowns and receiving practices Ensure accurate and up-to-date communication across the store and relevant departments Review and coach stores on shrink reduction strategies, including rotation, backroom organization, and additional shrink prevention measures Analyze weekly and period reports to identify and address issues in the district Review and investigate exception-based reporting in a timely manner to identify irregularities that may lead to shrink Foster positive relationships with District Directors and Store Managers to address concerns and drive results Represent Asset Protection in regional and district meetings, including DCT, receiving, inventory, and shrink discussions What you bring to the table: 3-5 years of experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or a related field, including coaching and developing a team of direct reports Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong knowledge of company shrink initiatives, store security operations, and loss prevention best practices Ability to conduct thorough investigations and interviews, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies Effective communication and relationship-building skills with law enforcement, store teams, and management Proven leadership skills with experience supervising, mentoring, and training staff Ability to analyze reports and respond effectively to shrink-related issues and opportunities Expertise in asset protection technologies and security equipment What we bring to the table: Culture committed to celebrating diverse backgrounds and experiences Comprehensive benefits Opportunities for professional development and career growth Associate discounts Team of associates dedicated to serving our local customers and supporting our communities If you are passionate about customer service, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are committed to making a difference, we invite you to apply.
