Job Description

Drives sales through effective merchandise presentation, including accurate pricing, proper signing, inventory management, and maintaining clean, organized displays. Oversees stocking, product rotation, and protection of high-risk merchandise while responding to business trends and community needs. Leads and develops teams by training, coaching, and actively engaging associates through Tour to Teach. Communicates expectations clearly, aligns teams to business priorities, and supports company initiatives using technology and collaboration across all levels. Delivers exceptional customer service by modeling the One Best Way service standards. Supports service initiatives, resolves customer concerns, and implements action plans to improve the customer experience. Builds and develops talent by hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations. Provides consistent feedback, recognition, and develops associates to meet current and future business needs. Drives profitability and reduces shrink by setting performance expectations, monitoring loss prevention processes, reviewing inventory variances, and implementing corrective actions. Trains teams on operational controls and ensures execution across multiple areas. Leads investigations into policy violations and theft, gathers evidence, documents findings, and partners with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Ensures a strong safety culture by monitoring risk, identifying trends, training associates, and implementing solutions to prevent accidents. Oversees safety programs and drives continuous improvement. Manages compliance in asset protection, safety, claims, and receiving by auditing processes, identifying gaps, and delivering training to ensure adherence to company standards. Oversees claims and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and resolution of issues related to damaged, defective, or returned merchandise. Coordinates business activities by partnering with stakeholders, executing initiatives, tracking results, and identifying opportunities for improvement while adapting to change and promoting continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports a culture grounded in ethics, integrity, and accountability through consistent application of the Open Door Policy and company standards. Demonstrates Walmart values by building inclusive, high-performing teams, communicating with impact, developing talent, and recognizing contributions. Acts with integrity, focuses on customers, drives results through data-informed decisions, and pursues continuous improvement with resilience and curiosity. Salary range:
$65,000 to $100,000 annually.
