The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with a proven track record of handling high-pressure, numbers-driven environments. This role is a perfect fit for:

Former Lead Tellers or Bank Supervisors:

Your experience managing high-volume transactions and maintaining strict compliance is invaluable.

Experienced Convenience Store Managers:

You understand the operational flow and the critical importance of inventory control.

Senior Auditors:

Operational Oversight:

Lead onsite audit teams to ensure counts are completed efficiently and accurately. 10-

Key Mastery:

Set the standard for speed and precision in data entry; you will be expected to assist with auditing using your expert 10-key skills .

Quality Control:

Review team findings for discrepancies, solving complex inventory puzzles before they reach the client.

Training & Mentorship:

Onboard new auditors, instilling the values of integrity and self-motivation that define our company.

Client Relations:

Requirements Proven Skillset:

Advanced proficiency in 10-key is required.

Leadership Experience:

Previous experience as a supervisor, lead teller, or manager is highly preferred.

Integrity:

You must lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of honesty and accuracy.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel across New York and Vermont to various client locations.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lead a team through physical inventory counts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Reliability:

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
