Role:

The Cargo Security team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when it comes to evaluating high risk scenarios/fraud & theft prevention. As a member you will be responsible for supporting the sales floor by providing issue resolution, risk management, and excellent customer service. What's in it for you: Starting at $18.50/hr. + yearly merit increase evaluations Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more Advancement opportunities with structured career paths and mentoring sessions Certified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace award wins What you'll be doing: Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits Manage carrier's loading status through risk assessments Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers, or external parties Document review findings in TQL's proprietary tracking system Communicate internally and externally on investigations Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention, and cargo risk management What you need: At least 2 years of related professional experience At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Self-motivated and dependable Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
