In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly with guests and staff, and bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to each shift.

Day Time Fri 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 12:00 PM - 09:00

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, stock areas, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and assist with loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized entry attempts. Support closing and opening procedures, assist with crowd flow during busy periods, and provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter disruptions and/or property-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
