Full Job Description Job Title:
Field Asset Protection Auditor/Specialist Location:
Denver, CO 80265 (Travel Required) We are seeking an experienced Field Asset Protection Auditor/Specialist to support asset protection initiatives across multiple regions. This role is responsible for conducting investigations, leading audits, preventing fraud and retail losses, ensuring policy compliance, and partnering with business leaders to strengthen asset protection programs. Extensive travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal and external theft, fraud, and Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations. Perform operational and asset protection audits across multiple locations. Implement and support shrink reduction, physical security, and fraud prevention programs. Train and coach field leadership on asset protection policies and best practices. Conduct business evaluations and identify operational risks. Collaborate with Regional Managers, Operations, HR, and Asset Protection leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards. Prepare detailed investigative reports and recommend corrective actions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of asset protection, audit, or investigation experience. 2+ years of APA/APS supervisory experience. Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) Interview & Interrogation Certification (Required). Strong knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, EAS). Experience handling investigations through case closure. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to travel extensively.
Pay:
Up to $57.00 per hour
