Lacy, Washington Duties and Responsibilities Protect Assets:

Conduct active surveillance and monitor CCTV systems to detect, prevent, and apprehend theft.

Maintain Security:

Perform routine physical security inspections, manage visitor control logs, and monitor facility access.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce company safety procedures, conduct regular store audits, and immediately communicate hazards to key holders.

Train & Mentor:

Participate in loss prevention and safety programs, including training new hire associates on security best practices

Requirements and Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience in Loss Prevention is required.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult or tense situations with diplomacy and discretion.

Mindset:

Sharp situational awareness, strong organizational skills, and excellent record-keeping ability.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus).

Availability:

Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and traverse all areas of a busy warehouse/distribution center. Comfort working in a distribution environment with varying temperatures. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Strong visual and auditory awareness to effectively monitor store activity — (Salary range based on experience) —
