In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting legal operations, managing case files, and assisting with litigation processes. Your enthusiasm for legal work and strong organizational skills will help ensure the smooth functioning of our legal services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful legal projects. Duties Assist in managing legal teams by coordinating schedules, meetings, and case deadlines to ensure efficient workflow Support litigation discovery efforts by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing documents and evidence Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity Maintain and update contract management systems to track agreements, amendments, and renewal dates Conduct procedural law research to ensure compliance with court rules and legal procedures Collaborate with attorneys on case preparation, including filing documents and preparing exhibits for court proceedings Support the overall administration of legal files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times Skills Prior experience

will provide all required training. Preferred is a candidate with the ability and eagerness to learn how to manage cases and learn procedural law and courtroom procedures to facilitate case progression and learn to facilitate litigation discovery including document review and data organization Effective communication skills is also required for client maintenance and development. My law firm is a solo practice and has successfully operated as such since 2011. My practice areas are personal injury, civil litigation, domestic, family, criminal, and municipal law.
