Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case files. Draft and file legal documents with the court and other agencies. Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel. Handle billing and invoicing for legal services rendered. Support trial preparation and attend court hearings as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal working with workers' compensation. Proficient in legal research tools and case management software. Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
