This person will support attorneys in the corporate group, with a focus on public company securities and M&A transactions . This role is key to keeping our high-volume practice running smoothly — managing calendars, clients, documents, and deadlines with professionalism and a positive attitude. What You'll Do Keep attorneys organized — manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Be a point of contact for clients and team members; draft and manage communications. Prepare, proofread, and finalize transaction documents, board materials, NDAs, and closing binders. Help track billable time, process expenses, and coordinate billing. Keep client and deal files organized and confidential. Support corporate transactions like M&A, financings, and governance work. Assist with CLE records, bar memberships, and other admin tasks as needed. What We're Looking For ✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities under pressure. ✔ Excellent communication and people skills. ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Intapp or NetDocuments is a plus. ✔ High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate a plus. ✔ At least 3 years' experience supporting senior attorneys or executives in corporate or transactional law. ✔ Notary Public (or willing to become one) preferred.
What We Offer Salary:
