Litigation Paralegal (Contract-to-Hire) In-House

Role:

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with hands-on civil litigation experience to support an in-house legal team in Phoenix. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates who are currently available and open to transitioning into a permanent role.

What You'll Do:

+ Manage discovery, including document review, organization, and production. + Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence. + Prepare for trial: organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and maintain case files. + Collaborate with internal counsel and outside firms nationwide. + Review contracts for accuracy and compliance. + Support matters involving debt claims, collections, and/or garnishments. + Track cases using legal case management systems.

Requirements What We're Looking For:

+ 3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff, defense, or collections/garnishments). + Strong discovery and trial prep experience. + Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. + Proficiency with legal document management and case tracking tools. + Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and available to work onsite. + Must be available to start on a contract basis (not ideal for currently employed candidates seeking direct hire only).
