Job Description
We are an expanding personal injury law firm in Tempe Arizona looking for a dedicated and hard working individual to join our growing Customer Service team. If you have strong customer service skills than this job is perfect for you. This position does require daily attendance to our Tempe Office. Duties Include but not limited to: Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email and text Assist clients with inquiries regarding their case and the legal process Resolve clients issues by coordinating with other staff members, insurance companies, medical providers, etc. on a timely basis Maintain detailed records of client interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable Previous experience in customer service is HIGHLY preferred Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role Ability to pay attention to detail, extremely organized and can multi-task Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
