Job Responsibilities :

Drafting and filing pleadings in guardianship/conservatorship cases Organizing financial records, bank statements, receipts, and supporting documentation Preparing and reviewing inventories, court accountings Preparing and reviewing guardianship reports Managing court-approval process for settlements Tracking statutory deadlines and calendaring hearings and deadlines Proofreading and drafting general correspondence Preparing fee agreements and running conflict checks Why This Role?
