Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. A successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process. Responsibilities Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices Help with voir dire, jury selection and witness preparation Provide assistance with case settlement Summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleading. Preparing and filing documents with courts Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases Skills and Qualifications MUST be a Bilingual Spanish speaker

BA/BS/AA

Paralegal certification preferred, but not required 2+ years of proven work experience as a Litigation Paralegal Experience in the personal injury field is preferred Computer and Tech Savvy, as we are a paperless firm Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documents, etc. Familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/phone
