Key Responsibilities:

Court filings/eFiling (State and Fed) Tracking SOLs Discovery - Propounding and Responding Reservation of Court Hearing Dates Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Depos Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating) Expert Retention Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos. Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Incredible organizational skills High proficiency with technology, including AI Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation Bachelor's degree required Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required You must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized, excellent in time management, and interested in your career.
