Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice in Beverly Hills, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative legal environment and enjoys guiding matters from initial intake through resolution. The role offers the chance to work closely with attorneys, clients, and court personnel while keeping complex case activity organized and on track.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee litigation files from opening through conclusion, ensuring each matter progresses according to deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Prepare, serve, and organize written discovery, including responses and supporting records needed for case development.
  • Gather case details during client intake and help compile relevant facts, documents, and background information.
  • Draft case management documents, court forms, and other filings for submission in California state courts.
  • Coordinate electronic filing activities and confirm documents are properly submitted, served, and tracked.
  • Support attorneys with correspondence related to meet and confer efforts and other litigation communications.
  • Maintain calendars, monitor key dates, and keep case files accurate, current, and well organized.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff to facilitate day-to-day case progress.
  • Provide broad litigation support, including document management and assistance with trial preparation as needed.
