Boutique Beverly Hills Firm Seeks Transactional Legal AssistantAbout Firm & Position:

A growing, high-end law firm with offices in Beverly Hills and New York is adding two Transactional Legal Assistant professionals. Transactional practice is in GROWTH mode. The firm handles sophisticated matters across entertainment, corporate, and high-stakes litigation, and has built a strong reputation advising high-profile clients and business entities.

Transactional Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to attorneys on transactional matters, including drafting, formatting, and revising legal documentsManage document organization, electronic and physical files, and records for complex mattersCoordinate communications with clients, internal teams, and outside partiesHandle scheduling, calendaring, and administrative support for assigned attorneysAssist with preparation of deal-related materials, closing documents, and correspondenceUtilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for document production and workflow management

Hours:

40 hours per week (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)100% onsite in

Salary:

$105,000 - $140,000 base salary (DOE)Annual reviews and compensation adjustments
