Legal Asst. (Buena Park, CA) @
Law Offices of Howard Choi:
Intake:
init. calls, screen clts, gather details.
Client mgmt:
sched, doc prep, comms, admin; req./track med recs, bills, ins.
Med recs:
rqst recds & billing frm providers; submit/monitor liens (state/fed/priv). Legal rsrch.: obtain evid/police rpts, intrvw witnesses; draft/translate/proof docs (demands, pleadings, corrspndc) in Eng/Span.
Case mgmt:
organize files, trck cases, deadlines, hearings, mtgs. Atty assist.: prep mediations/arbitrations/ trials; assist mtgs w/ Span. translation.
Reqs:
HS diploma + 24 mos PI law/lit. support; bilingual Eng/Span;
