Our growing civil defense litigation team is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 8-10+ years of hands-on civil litigation experience. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands the rhythm of litigation and can confidently support attorneys through motions, hearing, and trial preparation. What you bring:

8-10+ years supporting civil litigation attorneys (defense experience strongly preferred) Advanced motion formatting (TOA/TOC), pleadings, and briefing support State and Federal e-filing expertise Mastery of calendaring and litigation deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline Proactive mindset, you spot issues before they become problems Professional judgment and the ability to anticipate attorney needs Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

Compensation:

$98,000 - $102,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
