A reputable growing Mesothelioma litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3-5+ years of litigation experience . The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in litigation discovery preparation (using provided templates), including drafting and responding to form and special interrogatories, requests for admissions, and requests for production. Responsibilities also include state and federal e-filing , calendaring deadlines , and assisting with trial preparation . Beyond technical skills, the firm prioritizes hiring someone with the right personality fit and a desire to stay long term. The firm offers a strong culture , excellent morale , and reports zero turnover .
