The ideal candidate brings hands-on courtroom support experience, deep knowledge of litigation procedures, and a genuine comfort with AI-assisted legal tools — using them not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier for quality work. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape how modern litigation practice operates. Responsibilities Litigation support draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial preparation materials. Manage case timelines, court deadlines, and docket entries. Legal research & document review conduct case law and statutory research using traditional and AI-powered tools (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis+AI, Harvey, CoCounsel). Review and summarize large document productions. AI-assisted workflow management leverage AI tools to accelerate contract review, deposition summaries, chronology building, and first-draft preparation. Critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and legal soundness before use. Attorney & client coordination communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses. Maintain organized case files and keep attorneys informed on status and upcoming deadlines. Trial & deposition support assist with exhibit preparation, witness binders, trial technology, and real-time courtroom support. Coordinate logistics for depositions including scheduling, notices, and exhibit management. Skills Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of civil litigation processes. Expertise in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis; familiarity with iManage document management system preferred. Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, transcription services, and contract review. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interviewing clients or witnesses and providing clear updates to attorneys. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
