This is a paid position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a law office. You will play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly by handling daily administrative tasks, managing mail, and supporting our attorneys and staff. Vast legal experience is not required; we are looking for a reliable team player who is ready to learn.
Key Duties Mail & Correspondence:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
Administrative Support:
Answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
Staff Support:
Assist attorneys and legal staff with daily clerical tasks, scanning, copying, and organizing files.
Data Entry & Filing:
Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems to ensure document security and organization. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional phone etiquette and good communication skills. Proficiency with basic office technology (MS Office, emails, scanners). A proactive, helpful attitude and the ability to multitask. Prior office experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay:
$24.00 - $33.10 per hour
