Prior experience working for an attorney or in a law firm a must. Requirements include minimum of five years of commercial litigation experience, solid knowledge of legal calendaring requirements, and strong task management skills. Responsibilities include copy jobs, indexing documents, coordinating meetings and appointments, weekly/daily calendar reports, process incoming and outgoing mail, process electronic court filings, file and serve motions and other pleadings, and carry out all other tasks/projects that may be assigned. Qualified candidate should be a quick learner, retain and carry out company policies and procedures, possess ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with good judgment, strong oral and written communication skills, communicate effectively and professionally, work well independently and in a team, responsible, dependable, good typing skills (60 wpm preferred), experience with NetDocs, Microsoft Word, Outlook and LSSe64 a plus.
