The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with employment-based immigration matters and provide support throughout the case preparation and filing process. Responsibilities Prepare and draft employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including:
H-1B L-1 O-1 PERM
Labor Certification EB-5 and more Adjustment of Status applications Communicate with clients regarding document collection and case updates Organize and maintain digital and physical case files Draft support letters, forms, and attorney packets Monitor case deadlines and filing timelines Prepare USCIS, DOL, and consular filing packages Conduct legal and factual research as needed Assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy Qualifications Conversational-level Chinese proficiency required (Mandarin preferred) Internship experience or at least 3 year of immigration law experience Prior experience in business immigration is strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cases efficiently Familiarity with USCIS forms and immigration procedures Experience with legal case management systems is a plus Chinese-speaking required -Fluent in English and Chinese Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong attention to detail and professionalism Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Compensation $20-$40 per hour, depending on experience Commission opportunities available for referrals brought to the firm Job Type Full-time / Part-time In-office or Hybrid (depending on experience) Benefits Professional growth opportunities Supportive team environment Flexible work environment To apply, please contact us with your resume and a brief introduction regarding your experience in business immigration law.
