Ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision. Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents for attorney review Manage document collection, review, production, and eDiscovery (including Bates labeling and redactions) Conduct background checks and obtain court and public records Assist with summary judgment and trial preparation, including exhibits, witnesses, and filings Coordinate and support all phases of litigation, including trial attendance Perform legal research and utilize firm technology resources effectively Track deadlines, manage multiple assignments, and ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with Labor & Employment required Strong working knowledge of federal and California court procedures Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, or similar eDiscovery platforms preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Requirements Paralegal certification or full qualification under California BP 6450 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits Salary up to 115000 Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k with profit sharing Generous PTO and holidays Wellness programs and telehealth services All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
