The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese and have experience assisting with client intake, answering basic client questions, preparing legal forms and documents, and supporting attorneys with daily case-related and administrative tasks. Marketing experience is also required. Job Duties Welcome and communicate with clients in English and Chinese by phone, email, messaging platforms, and in person. Conduct client intake by collecting preliminary case information and required documents. Answer basic client questions regarding office procedures, case updates, scheduling, and required paperwork. Assist attorneys with preparing basic legal documents, forms, letters, and case files. Review, organize, and maintain client files and supporting documentation. Schedule consultations, meetings, and follow-up appointments. Follow up with clients regarding missing documents, signatures, and case-related information. Assist with marketing and client outreach efforts, including social media communication, content support, and maintaining positive client relationships. Provide translation or interpretation support in English and Chinese when needed. Requirements Fluent in both English and Chinese Experience with marketing, social media, or client communications. Prior experience as a legal assistant, intake specialist, administrative assistant, or in a law office setting is preferred. Experience filling out forms and assisting with legal documentation is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office software.
Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
