Location:
Irvine, Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days in person
Salary:
$85K•$120K DOE Key Responsibilities Communicate frequently with clients, providing compassionate and empathetic support Manage and maintain electronic document filing systems Draft and finalize legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, discovery responses, affidavits, memoranda, and related filings Proofread and ensure accuracy of all legal drafts Maintain attorney calendars, including appearances, deadlines, and statute tracking Prepare notices, schedule depositions, and coordinate service of subpoenas Obtain medical records and healthcare lien information Assist with fact investigation and case development Ensure compliance with court rules, filing procedures, and law office protocols (including e-filing) Required Qualifications & Skills MUST have 5+ years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. Previous work experience involving litigation of claims. Strong legal drafting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office-based programs. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative. Ability to make timely decisions in challenging situations. Focus on meeting demanding deadlines. Meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and organization. Professionalism in stressful situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of California court rules, filing procedures (including e-filing), and adherence to law office procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
