ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Partner with and provides legal assistance to the General Counsel in all aspects of corporate practice. Assist attorneys with litigation support services. Communicate with counsel regarding case developments in order to update litigation log and litigation reserves data needed by other company departments periodically Research and analyze regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written analysis to attorneys. Produce documents related to the development and implementation of corporate policies. May draft and negotiate contracts such as confidentiality agreements, and other types of agreements. Work with other members of the Legal team on special projects and initiatives Exercise discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by General Counsel.

EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate required with five (5) years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education, experience training.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Possess advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal contracts, policies and correspondence. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups (attorneys, vendors, Company employees, and court staff.)
