  • Spanish Speaking Preferred We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of Personal Injury experience to join our growing firm.
This is an in-office position supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a heavy caseload with minimal supervision. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities E-file court documents accurately and on time in both state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all local rules. Draft and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, briefs, and trial documents (witness lists, exhibit lists, jury instructions, trial binders). Manage attorney calendars and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and all litigation-related events. Organize and maintain case files in CasePeer and Dropbox, ensuring all documents and case notes are complete, accurate, and accessible. Assist with expert discovery including scheduling, organizing expert files, and coordinating expert depositions. Communicate with clients and medical providers to track treatment progress and ensure timely updates. Support attorneys during trial, including managing exhibits, witness scheduling, and trial logistics. Collaborate with accounting to ensure case costs are properly documented and paid. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, attorneys, experts, and medical providers. Strong legal research abilities and familiarity with PI case workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a high-volume caseload. Knowledge of medical terminology, PI case procedures, and state/federal e-filing systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CasePeer, and document management platforms. Ability to show empathy and professionalism when working with injured clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to move cases forward proactively. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Spanish speaking is a major plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
