Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office. Key Responsibilities:

Arrange medical care and diagnostics for our clients Review litigation files to identify missing records and take appropriate action Request medical records and billing Properly name and upload medical records to our CMS Work closely with paralegals and provide assistance as necessary with other records-related tasks Request medical illustrations and otherwise assist in prepping cases for trial

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience of PI litigation and subpoenaed records Knowledge and experience of medical records and billing Ability to speak/read/write

Spanish Additional Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technology including AI Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks College degree is preferred but not required. Salary $35 - $38 per hour
