What You'll Do:

As a Litigation Paralegal at AlderLaw, you'll work closely with skilled trial attorneys and play a key role in moving cases forward through all phases of litigation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting, filing, and managing pleadings in state and federal courts Propounding and responding to discovery Drafting motions and supporting motion practice Assisting with pre-trial and trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination Coordinating expert witnesses and scheduling depositions Supporting attorneys with calendaring, deadlines, and court appearances Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, experts, and defense counsel Drafting correspondence and managing case-related communications Maintaining organized and accurate case files in the firm's case management system Assisting with additional litigation tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience , with strong preference for personal injury experience Solid knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure , local rules, and litigation timelines Experience with e-filing in California state and federal courts Proficiency with CRM/CMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to high-quality work Why Join AlderLaw?
