Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities /
Requirements:
Supervise and support a team of paralegals; manage workflows and priorities Handle firm-wide calendaring for litigation matters (court dates, depositions, mediations) Perform state and federal e-filing with strong knowledge of court rules Lead trial preparation (exhibits, binders, witness coordination) Draft litigation documents (pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, briefs) Manage case files (CasePeer/Dropbox) and coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and experts All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
