We will consider applicants for legal and paralegal assistance positions. Will consider individuals with experience as well as individuals without experience. We are looking to maintain a strong team of talented, hard-working and honest individuals who are interested in helping and making a positive difference within the immigrant community. Must be extremely reliable, punctual, respectful, honest and a professional self-starter. We are looking for a person with a very strong work ethic; a person who is eager to learn and make THE difference. Must show outstanding ability to follow instructions and at the same time be extremely organized. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent telephone skills and be a proficient computer user. Must have god knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs and have exceptional filing skills. Extremely good customer service skills are necessary. Duties will include assisting attorneys with various tasks (from running errands, filing and making copies, to calendaring appointments, preparing forms and translating documents), assisting clients, and in general provide help preparing legal documents. For entry level positions previous experience in a law office is a plus, but NOT necessary. There will be opportunity to grow.
