We are expanding our Orange County team and are seeking driven, compassionate, and highly organized Paralegals who are passionate about helping injured clients navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. What You'll Do As a Litigation Paralegal you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files through Litigation Phases Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software Gather and organize supporting documentation Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties Assist with depositions, witness preparation, legal research, and prepare/manage trial exhibits Ensure files progress efficiently and timely Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy Qualifications 2+ years Civil Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation relative experience required Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with follow through Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support your long-term success, including: Competitive pay
