Job Description
Description Overview The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys with all aspects of case management in a fast-paced Palo Alto office, ensuring deadlines are met and documents are properly prepared and organized. This Litigation Paralegal role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters while supporting filings, discovery, and trial preparation. Responsibilities + Prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents + Handle e-filing and service in compliance with court rules + Manage calendars, scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings + Maintain and organize case files + Track deadlines and assist with discovery and document production + Support trial preparation, billing, and time entry Requirements Qualifications + 3-5+ years of paralegal or legal administrative experience in litigation + Strong knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software + Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
