Experienced Case Manager (Full-Time) Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? Our Pasadena-based civil litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Case Manager / Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple cases, support attorneys in trial preparation, and help ensure the firm operates efficiently and smoothly. About the Role You'll play a key role in managing the firm's caseload and day-to-day operations, working closely with attorneys, clients, and staff to deliver outstanding legal service. We're looking for someone with initiative, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for litigation support. Key Responsibilities Oversee case management from intake through trial, managing deadlines, filings, and communications. Draft and file Complaints, Pleadings, Discovery, and Law & Motion documents. Conduct legal research and draft mediation briefs, deposition summaries, and correspondence. Calendar and monitor court deadlines, hearings, and statutes of limitation. Coordinate client meetings, collect evidence/documentation, and prepare for depositions or mediations. Support firm operations, supervising staff, maintaining procedures, and assisting in workflow improvements. Ensure smooth office administration and support attorney trial preparation. Qualifications Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Paralegal Certificate or Law Degree preferred)
Experience:
3+ years in civil litigation (employment or business litigation a plus)
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) Familiarity with California Code of Civil Procedure and local court rules Ability to multitask and thrive under deadlines Who You Are You're a dependable, motivated team player who brings positivity, professionalism, and pride to your work.
