Litigation Paralegal - Pasadena Adams & Martin Group - 3.8 Pasadena, CA Job Details Full-time $40 - $44 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Filing court documents Litigation discovery assistance Technical Proficiency Full Job Description A boutique law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to provide immediate support within its Commercial/Business Litigation practice. This Litigation Paralegal role is driven by a high-volume federal matter with extensive discovery requirements, as well as preparation for two upcoming trials. The ideal Litigation Paralegal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to critical case management, filings, and trial preparation efforts. This is a part-time position (four days per week) with standard business hours and an immediate start.
Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Review and analyze document productions and discovery responses with accuracy and efficiency Prepare clear, concise summaries of complex legal materials Assist with federal filings and support all stages of the discovery process Contribute to trial preparation, including organizing materials and supporting attorneys Demonstrate strong technical proficiency (Nitro PDF, Excel, Word, Outlook) Possess hands-on federal e-filing experience and a strong background in discovery management All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
