Personal Injury Paralegal

Our personal injury law firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through settlement Assist in drafting demand letters, client correspondence, and other legal documents Coordinate medical treatment and track medical records and bills Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters Maintain accurate case management and documentation Support attorneys and case managers with administrative and legal tasks

Qualifications:

0 to 3 years of experience in a legal support role (personal injury experience preferred but not required) Paralegal certificate Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills
