This position is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional who values high-quality work, meaningful client relationships, discretion, and a collegial office environment. The firm represents longstanding individuals and families in complex estate planning and administration matters and offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney in a highly personalized practice. Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of trust administration and probate matters
  • Prepare estate planning documents, correspondence, and client materials
  • Draft deeds, certifications of trust, petitions, notices, and related filings
  • Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, accountants, and advisors
  • Maintain calendars, deadlines, and organized client files
  • Assist with asset transfers, funding matters, and administrative follow-up
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and document signings
  • Ensure matters are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience required
  • Experience in trusts and estates strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
  • Professional presence and excellent client communication skills
  • High level of discretion and judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management Compensation & Benefits
