Job Description
Description Key Responsibilities + Prepare, review, file, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings + Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, court dates, and depositions + Coordinate client communications, intake forms, and case updates + Maintain physical and electronic case files in compliance with firm procedures + Assist with court filings (electronic and manual) and ensure deadlines are met + Perform general administrative tasks such as billing support, time entry, and expense tracking Requirements Qualifications + 1-3+ years of experience in a legal assistant or legal administrative role + Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Skills & Experience + Experience in a specific practice area (e.g., litigation, family law, corporate, or real estate) + Familiarity with e-filing systems and court rules + Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet tight deadlines + Professional demeanor with strong client service skills TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
