Location:

This is a fully on-site position in Sacramento, California, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

Note:

Must have at least 2+ years of litigation experience and 2+ years of experience working as a Paralegal or Law Clerk. Personal injury experience is strongly preferred. Job Description Support attorneys handling personal injury litigation from inception through trial Create and update medical expense summaries, medical record summaries, and wage loss summaries Draft arbitration briefs, mediation briefs, and basic discovery motions Read and summarize deposition transcripts Create PowerPoint presentations for mediation, arbitration, and trial Respond to discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production Draft demand letters and prepare demand packages Conduct legal and general research Arrange and attend inspections Prepare legal and general correspondence Set up equipment and videotape depositions Communicate with prospective and existing clients Negotiate client liens under attorney supervision Assist with other litigation support duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience required 2+ years of Paralegal or Law Clerk experience required Personal injury experience preferred Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred Strong English language, writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF software, and basic office equipment required Strong attention to detail and document formatting skills required Motivated, self-directed, and organized professional preferred Why You Will Love Working Here This is a strong opportunity for an experienced litigation support professional who wants substantive work, a stable in-office team, and long-term growth.
