This opportunity is suited for an experienced employment litigation paralegal seeking consistent, hands-on involvement in active cases and clear visibility into the litigation process. You will support a practice focused on workplace disputes, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination. The role spans all phases of employment litigation, from case initiation through resolution. The position includes a full benefits package, paid time off, and access to on-site amenities including a gym and shared workspace areas. The office is centrally located in downtown San Diego with convenient access to transportation and nearby courts.

Salary:
$85,000
  • $115,000 per year, dependent on experience Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence for employment litigation cases in state and federal courts Prepare deposition materials, coordinate witnesses and expert testimony, and support attorneys with case development Manage subpoenas, filings, and deadlines while ensuring compliance with court rules and procedural requirements Organize and maintain case files and oversee electronic document management using platforms such as Eclipse and similar systems Provide ongoing support across multiple employment litigation matters, ensuring accuracy and timely case progression Qualifications At least three years of experience supporting employment litigation or civil litigation matters Strong understanding of court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines in both state and federal courts Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple employment litigation cases at different stages simultaneously Experience with legal software such as iManage, Compulaw, Forms Workflow, Westlaw, or similar platforms Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues in a team environment How to Apply To be considered for this employment litigation paralegal position, please submit your application.
