We are seeking a bilingual Legal Assistant or Paralegal, fluent in Spanish and English, to support our growing Inland Empire office. This is an opportunity to build your career with one of California's premier family law litigation teams . What You'll Do Work under the direction of a supervising paralegal while supporting attorneys and senior staff on complex family law matters. Work directly with clients through all phases of litigation. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members. Scan, organize, file, and save incoming and outgoing case documents. Manage calendars, track deadlines, and maintain electronic case files. Proofread, draft, format, and finalize legal documents. Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Prior legal experience required; family law experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. Professionalism, discretion, and strong client-service instincts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented legal environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Compensation We offer competitive hourly wages and performance-based bonus incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability.
