Job Description
We're a plaintiff-side employment law firm (we also handle personal injury, civil litigation, and administrative law) looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join the team. 1-5 years of experience is preferred, but we care more about fit and skill than a strict number. What you'll be doing (with attorney supervision): Handling client intakes and staying on top of ongoing communication Drafting demand letters for our legal matters Putting together discovery responses and propounding discovery Jumping in on law and motion work Helping keep cases moving across employment, PI, civil, and administrative matters This is an in-office position What we're hoping you bring: 1-5 years as a litigation paralegal (California litigation experience is a big plus) Strong writing and analytic skills The ability to juggle a full caseload and work well in a team setting Good judgment and a professional touch with clients Bonus points if you know your way around CCP discovery rules What you'll get: A casual, no-stuffy-suits office where people actually like each other A fast-paced practice with real, substantive work (not just paper-pushing) Pay that matches your experience
